I've scanned a house plan as a JPEG,
and would like to convert this for use with qcad,
or a similar program (Windows or Linux)

Can anyone suggest a simple way of doing this?
QCad does not seem to offer any way of tracing
a bit map.

I know that Hacketts in Baggot Street do it if that's any help.....
